OS is the Rune representing the fourth element which is the element of conscious manifestation.  It is a Rune of Odic energy, life energy, which frees us from the bondage of the perceived material world.

 Being the Rune of infinite unlimited conscious manifestation, it can allow us to access extremely strong magical powers.  OS teaches us to recognize the laws, which govern the magical universe and the magical hyper spaces.

You can use OS to enhance the growth of your spiritual powers.  You can use OS as well to draw powerful astral and mental energies.
